It all started from humble beginnings – a shared office space on the outskirts of Las Vegas. Today, our main corporate headquarters is home to to a number of teams, including marketing, finance, and human resources. We’re also the base of operations for playAWARDS, which manages and creates all of the real-world loyalty benefits that help make our games so engaging. The result is a wonderful mix of people, brimming with great energy and ideas.
As soon as you step into our studio, you’re greeted with a breathtaking interior, smiling faces, and maybe a furry friend or two. Every playMAKER is valued and, with so many teams under one roof, it’s an excellent place to learn, grow, and mingle with all sorts of people. Studio activities like our annual Field Day, dodgeball tournament, and in-house game nights are some of the many ways we like to connect.
Our social calendar is always full! Cocktails, dinner, golf, air hockey, pool, ping pong, board games – we love any excuse to enjoy each other’s company and share a few laughs.
Through our programs like the Empathon (a hackathon for human kindness), we’ve been able to partner with some remarkable organizations over the years. For one of our recent projects, we teamed up with Green Our Planet to establish an Outdoor Garden Classroom for the students at Tobler Elementary in North Las Vegas. But whether it’s a breast cancer walk, or a day with Miracle League (an organization providing playful opportunities to people with cognitive and/or physical disabilities), we’re always looking for new ways to lend a helping hand.
Twice a year we all come together to reconnect, reignite our shared passion for the opportunities ahead, and review our annual plans. Leaders from our studios around the world join us as we listen, learn, and participate in team-building exercises. Corporate events like these allow us all to align our values and work together as one united team.
