XP MEGA TOURNAMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Participants will have an opportunity to win a myVIP Real Rewards Trip package (the “myVIP Real Rewards Trip”) that includes a trip for two and an exclusive experience at a designated location. Winners will also receive in-game chips as part of their prize.
   
2. The dates for the Event cycles will be communicated in the tournament details section within the app.
3. Participation Requirements: Participants must compete in at least one tournament cycle to be eligible for prizes. Each cycle will have its own leaderboard and rewards. Players can track their rankings on the in-app tournament leaderboard, which updates in real-time based on XP accumulation.
4. Scoring and Prizes: XP MEGA TOURNAMENT: The participants earning the most XP during each Event cycle will win the Event cycle prizes as described in the tournament leaderboard.Participants need to play the Featured game in myKONAMI Slots during the Event cycle. If a participant has already won a myVIP Real Rewards Trip during a prior cycle, they will only receive the in-game prizes and not an additional myVIP Real Rewards Trip. In this case, the myVIP Real Rewards Trip will be awarded to the next highest qualifying participants until all the allotted myVIP Real Rewards Trips per cycle have been awarded.
5. Winner Announcement and Prize Claiming: The winners from each cycle will be announced in-app and must claim their reward in the rewards store to proceed. Winners will be required to complete applicable tax forms as a condition of prize acceptance.
6. In-app chip prizes are valid for use in the game in which they were won and may not be transferred to any other playSTUDIOS applications. All prizes are non-transferable. In the event that the winner is unable to utilize the myVIP Real Reward Trip, for any reason, they will forfeit the prize. To accept the myVIP Real Reward Trip, the participant must claim the myVIP Real Reward Trip within the designated time frame and must be 21 years of age or older. Prizes may not be exchanged for alternative options.
7. All participants in the Tournament consent to the use of their first name, last initial, and Facebook profile picture for all marketing of the winner rankings and updates.
8. In case of a dispute or app malfunction, it is the participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of either their myVIP Host or Customer Support immediately.
9. PLAYSTUDIOS reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Tournament.
10. Employees and/or relatives of playSTUDIOS, their subsidiaries, and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the XP MEGA TOURNAMENT and the myVIP Real Rewards Trip.
11. playSTUDIOS reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change the tournament at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
12. Eligibility: The tournament is open only to natural persons who are twenty-one years of age or older as of the date of their entry. The tournament prizes are subject to all applicable, federal, territorial, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
13. A Facebook account is required to enter the Tournament. If you do not have a Facebook account, visit www.facebook.com or download the free Facebook application onto your iOS or Android device from the App Store or Google Play and create a free account as instructed. If you do not have an Apple ID, visit www.apple.com and create a free account as instructed, or create an Apple ID on your Apple device. Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Facebook and/or Apple, as applicable.
    
14. Applicable tax forms are required to claim prizes. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the myVIP Real Reward Trip and all other applicable prizes.
